This site is the author website for K. J. GRISON. It publishes information about the novels and links to Amazon product pages.

The site does not require an account. Purchase and account data, if you buy a book, are handled by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy policy.

If you join the mailing list, we collect the email address you submit in order to send occasional notes about new releases, cover reveals, and other book news. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any mailing or by contacting us. Addresses are not sold.

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, topic, and message you provide in order to reply. Those messages are not used for advertising.

If you report an error in a published book or on this site, we collect the name, email, book, edition, location, and description you provide in order to review the report.

Mailing-list addresses and form submissions are stored in a private PostgreSQL database used for this site. They are not sold.

In production, the site records a small number of conversion events (for example, visits to a book page’s Amazon link, or a completed mailing-list signup). Those events do not include names, email addresses, form contents, or IP addresses, and they are not used for advertising.

Production pages also load Google Analytics to measure visits and the same conversion events. Google may set its own cookies. Analytics is not used for advertising on this site, and form contents are not sent to Google.

The web server and reverse proxy keep ordinary access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time) for security and operations.

Buy links go to Amazon. Amazon may set its own cookies when you follow those links.
